Welcome to a collection of snapshots in my life...

Most of the pictures will be dominated by FOOD and FOOT. I just realised that there's a very close, ideal correlation, between EATING (FOOD) and TRAVELLING(FOOT). It's really inseparable...

Life is like a book, those who don't travel only read a single page...that was a popular saying... for me, the same applies to Good food too... Good food are born, not made, and we have to explore in order to find a good food... Good food is like a book, those don't explore it only read a single page bo...


This multiply site is dedicated to 3 group of audiences:
1. Foodlovers,
2. Foodlovers, and
3. Foodlovers... as it captures of my very personal food experiences that involved some of my adventurous and sometimes "trial and error" sessions of seeking the opportunity of good tastes in every interesting food vendors, food-hawkers and restaurants that I met

I dedicate these pictures to the community that was very proud of their eating-drenaline: Jalansutra Forum and Mailing-list (jalansutra@yahoogroups.com) that now has been growing up to more than 11,000 Indonesian around the world members.

Check out Pak Bondan Winarno's column - Jalansutra - a column about Makan-makan dan Jalan-jalan, weekly updated on http://www.kompas.com. Pak Bondan has various jobs previously, but definitely he is a top writer. He wrote weekly KIAT – business/management columns in Majalah TEMPO during 1980s and he loves to eat and cook. Since the early 2000 he regularly wrote Jalansutra column in Kompas.com and hosted a food programme in an Indonesian TV channel. He has been widely known as the pioneer of writing the Popular Management Columns long before *any* such column writers exist in Indonesia.
